Before you enrol

You move, free, any time in the first two weeks — up or down. It happens with about one student in eight and it is not a failure of the test, it is what the first two lessons are for.

Only if you have studied the language before. Absolute beginners go straight into A1. The test is free either way and takes half an hour.

Yes, and you can sit the same lesson with another group that week at no cost — the timetable is built so every level runs at least twice. We cannot refund missed lessons, but we can nearly always replace them.

You will speak in the first lesson. You will be understood by a patient stranger after one term, and by an impatient one after three. Anyone promising faster than that is selling something.
